Follow these steps to remove a 3.5-inch drive:
1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly (see

Remove the access panel (see

Remove the drive cage (see
4.
Remove the two Torx-15 M3.4×7.3 screws (1) that secure the 3.5-inch drive to the drive cage.
5.
Slide the 3.5-inch drive (2) toward the inside of the drive cage, and then remove the 3.5-inch drive.
Reverse this procedure to install a 3.5-inch drive.
