    In the list of printers box, select Epson ActionPrinter 3260. If ActionPrinter 3260 is not available, select Epson LQ-860 or Epson LQ-2550 if you plan to use color. If you do not plan to use color, choose Epson Stylus 800, Epson LQ-570+, Epson AP-3250, or Epson LQ-870.

    Make sure the pins under the ribbon cartridge are placed correctly inside of the bracket as shown below. Move the print head to the middle of the printer and move the sliding part of the ribbon to the middle of the ribbon cartridge.
