The following parameters can be specified in Parameters screen.

Name Entry
Automated Attendant
Specifies the parameters of functions for Automated Attendant Service.
Wait Time for First Digit
Specifies the length of time the VPS waits for the caller to dial a digit before assuming the caller is
using a rotary telephone and therefore activates Rotary Telephone Service.

0 s–20 s

Menu Repeat Cycle
Specifies the number of times the VPS will play the Automated Attendant top menu.

1–5 times
Play Owner's Name during Transfer
Determines whether "Transferring you to <name>." is announced to the caller before transferring the
caller to an extension.

Operator Service
Determines which extensions are the operators during each time mode, and determines each
operator's mailbox number. Settings which determine what happens to callers when the operators are
busy or do not answer their calls are also set here.
