■Drive unit
When an alarm occurs on the drive unit, the status becomes servo-off, but the main circuit power supply is not shut off, so
shut off the main circuit power supply using an external sequence. After canceling the alarm on the drive unit, the operation is
enabled again by turning on the error reset command from the controller.

Description
If an alarm occurs on the drive unit, shut off the main circuit power supply by using an external sequence.
