8.10.2 Playing traffic and weather
messages
To play current traffic and/or weather messages,
f tap the Weather (11) button.
Notes:
If traffic and weather messages are
f
available, the Weather button is
highlighted green. When messages
are being played, the Weather but-
ton is highlighted red.
If no messages are available, a
f
corresponding popup message will
appear.
f
If no city is selected yet, a corre-
sponding pop-up message is dis-
played. Tap Yes to select the
desired city.
8.11 SportsFlash
Note:
Only available, if your subscription
package includes the play-by-play
sports channel for your desired sports
leagues.
A SportsFlash is a game of your favorite sports
team that is broadcast on SiriusXM. You can
receive alerts for up to five selected teams (see
the following section).
8.11.1 Selecting sports teams
f In SiriusXM radio mode, tap the bottom menu
button (8) and then tap the
f Tap Edit SportsFlash teams.
f Tap Add team.
f Tap the desired sports league.
f Tap the desired team.
A popup message confirms the selection.
Note:
If the maximum number of teams is
already selected, a corresponding
popup message will appear. If you want
to replace a selected team with a new
one, tap Yes and then select the team
to be replaced.
Note:
Tap the
button to close the options
display.
8.11.2 Activating/deactivating the
SportsFlash monitoring
f Tap Sports (12).
Notes:
If a SportsFlash is already played, a
f
pop-up message is displayed.
Tap Yes, to cancel the current
SportsFlash playback and deacti-
vate SportsFlash monitoring.
Tap No, to return to the current
SportsFlash playback.

message is displayed.
Tap Yes, to select teams.
Tap No, to cancel and leave Sports-
Flash deactivated.

If a SportsFlash is available, the
Sports button is highlighted green.
If a SportsFlash is being played, the

8.11.3 SportsFlash alert
If a channel broadcasts a SportsFlash, a corre-
sponding pop-up message is displayed.
f Tap the [Speaker] button to play the Sports-
Flash.
Notes:
To return to the previously played
f
channel, tap the [Back] button.
f
The pop-up message is hidden
automatically after 10 seconds or
manually by tapping the screen
beside the message.
8.11.4 Play SportsFlash from the
history
Received SportsFlashes are stored in the his-
tory. You can access them via the SXM menu.
f Tap SXM menu (5).
f Tap Favorites.
