2.5 Powering Devices On

After unpacking cartons, check whether any device is dead on arrival (D.O.A). If any D.O.A
device is found, immediately contact the relevant personnel.

2.6 Setting IP Addresses

Before installing the TP3106&TP3118S&TP3118, assign six internal IP addresses (for access
to the telepresence system's internal network) to:

2 Deployment Preparation
Checking Criteria
The HD displays can be powered on correctly
and video sources can be switched without
artifacts.
You can use the telepresence host's default IP
address to log in to its web interface and
configure its parameters.
Video from the telepresence codecs can be
transmitted to the HD displays, that is, the
home screens of the telepresence codecs can
be viewed on the HD displays.
The tabletop displays can be opened and
closed using the tabletop display buttons.
Video from the tri-lens camera can be
transmitted to the HD displays, that is, the
three channels of video captured by the tri-
lens camera can be viewed on the HD
displays.
The speaker systems play audio sources
properly.
You can operate the touch panel's user
interface (UI) properly.
You can use the wireless router's default IP
address to log in to its web interface and
configure its parameters.
The network ports on the network switch can
communicate with each other.
