Using the #2 Phillips screwdriver, insert the two PHMS screws that secure the
molded top to the underside of the MAC mounting plate.

Replace the equipment that was removed and reconnect power cables to the
equipment on the trolley.
Removing the MAC Unit from the MAC 1600 Trolley
The MAC device should be removed from the trolley for service and/or maintenance
procedures. No tools are required for this procedure.
To remove the device from the MAC 1600 Trolley, use the following procedure:
1.
Firmly grasp the top side of the MAC 1600 device, pull upwards to release the
dual lock fasteners, and lift the MAC 1600 device off of the two centering pegs
on the top of the trolley.
2.
Carefully set the MAC 1600 unit on a firm surface.
3.
Perform the required maintenance.
4.
Position the MAC 1600 device over the centering pegs and dual lock fasteners.
5.
Ease the MAC unit down onto the top so it fits snugly onto the pegs and dual
lock fasteners.
6.
Press firmly over the fasteners to attach the device securely.
7.
Replace the equipment that was removed and reconnect power cables to the
equipment on the trolley.
