HOW TO SET THE PROGRAMMABLE TIMER
The programmable timer i s capable of storing the memories in the following sequence:
1. Program number (up to 8).
2. Ist, 2nd
or both weeks
3.
Day of the week
4.
Hour digit (for record-starting "ON" time)
5. Tens
minute
digit (for record-starting '!ON"
time)
6. The minute digit {for record-starting "ON" time)
7.
Hour
digit (for record-ending "OFF" time)
8. Tens minute digit (for
record-ending
"OFF"
time)
9. The minute digit (for record-ending "OFF"
time)
10. Channel number
Program setting
requires use
of the following fundamental procedures:
I. -'push
the
"SET" button
t o
have the desired
indication on the flashing
portion of
the
read-
out display.
I I. Push the "ENTER" button to fix and store the
input or desired information into h e memory.
NOTE: The clock
must
be set to the correct day and time before attempting programming.
The following
example illustrate the various ways the timer may be programmed.
EXAMPLE I: Program

1, Channel 6 on Friday this (1

After turning
the
VCR "ON"
by
pressing the
"POWER"
switch,
Press t h e "PGM" (program) button. Program
number "I" will be flashing. (For other pro-
gram numbers, press tile "SET" outton until
