About This Chapter
You can maintain the MCU locally or remotely. Local maintenance refers to the processing of
indicator alarms locally. For remote maintenance, you can log in to the MCU using the SSH,
and then use internal commands. You can also log in to the Web interface, and maintain the
MCU from the maintenance page.
9.1 Upgrading the Host Software on the Web Interface

Procedure
Step 1 Log in to the Web interface.
Step 2 Choose Settings > Maintenance to display the Maintenance page.
Step 3 Click Upgrade to display the Upgrade page as shown in
Issue 10 (2013-07-20)
It is recommended that you perform the upgrade after all conferences end. Otherwise, the
ongoing conferences may get affected.
After the upgrade, you need to restart the MCU for a new version of software to take
effect.
