ML (Memory Load)
Loads an object from the host.

(Note)
Though a program can be loaded by specifying an offset address, it is effective only
when the program to be loaded does not depend on the absolute address. When a jump
program using an absolute address is loaded with an offset address specified, its
operation is not guaranteed. For this reason, don't specify an offset address and load the
program into an address at linkage.
