5.2 Troubleshooting
If the status indicating LEDs show other than the normal indications
specified in Table 2-1, Chapter 2, or if anything wrong is detected at the
human interface station, stop using the product and contact one of
Toshiba service representatives.
5.3 Life limited parts
It is necessary to periodically replace life limited parts to keep the product
in good, safe condition for a long period of time.
Contact one of Toshiba service representatives for advice on their
replacement.

Life Limited Parts and Recommended Replacement Periods
Part Name
After 10 years of usage, the optical output power shall be
measured every year, or contact one of Toshiba's service
representatives for measurement.
If the optical power output is decreased by more than 3dB, call
one of Toshiba service representative for replacement of
optical module.
After 10 years of usage, sample check every year is
recommended for preventive maintenance.
