2.5.2.
Pickup Roller and Paper Feed Roller
(1)
Remove the 2 Pickup Roller Assemblies from the Pickup
Roller Shaft by sliding it in the arrow direction while
unlatching the hook from the grove of pickup roller shaft.
(2)
Remove the Pickup Gear while unlatching the gear hook.
(3)
Remove the Bushing (A) from the Pickup Roller Shaft.
(4)
Remove the E-ring and Bushing (B).
(5)
Remove the Pickup Roller Shaft with 2 pins.
(6)
Remove the Feed Gear while unlatching the gear hook.
(7)
Remove the Bushing (C) from the Paper Feed Roller.
(8)
Remove the Bushing (D) while unlatching the busing hook
from the Paper Feed Roller.
(9)
Remove the Paper Feed Roller.
2.5.3.
Pinch Rollers
(1)
Raise the Pinch Roller Base Unit in the arrow (1) direction.
(2)
Remove the Pinch Roller Base Unit in the arrow (2)
direction.
(3)
Remove the plastic ring.
(4)
Slide out the Pinch Roller Shaft in the arrow direction.
(5)
The 4 Pinch Rollers and 2 springs can be removed.
