5. Remove the washers (Fig. 12 / Fig. 13, item 3).
6. Remove the spacer rings (Fig. 12 / Fig. 13, item 4)
7. Remove the power module.
4.4.3

Attach the power module

1. Slide spacer rings (Fig. 12 / Fig. 13, item 4) over
setscrews (Fig. 12 / Fig. 13, item 5) of the power
module.
2. Guide setscrews of power module through the bores
in the lower part of the housing.
3. Slide washers (Fig. 12 / Fig. 13, item 3) over the
setscrews.
4. Secure power module to lower part of housing with
hex nuts (Fig. 12 / Fig. 13, item 2).
5. Fit covers (Fig. 12 / Fig. 13, item 1) to the hex nuts.
6. Fasten shielding plate (Fig. 11, item 2).
7. Secure connecting cables of port for battery
charging cable on power module (see sec. 6).
8. Attach the connecting cables for power inlet socket
connector to power module (see sec. 6).
9. Secure top part of housing (see sec. 4.2.4).

Jumper settings

Secure jumper to power module 2 of port JP2 on
slot 2.
 Power module 1 is defined as Slave 0.
 Power module 2 is defined as Slave 1.

In normal mode, power module 2 must always be
defined as Slave 1 by the jumper setting. The jumper
setting for the power modules must only ever be
changed for troubleshooting.
