Calculation of compensation values on a location-specific and workpiece-specific basis

Composition of the effective tool length
For a tool offset without active kinematic transformation, the effective tool length consists of up
to 8 vectors:
● Tool length (geometry)
● Wear
● Tool base dimension (see note)
● Adapter dimension (see note)
● Total offsets fine
● Sum offsets coarse or setup offsets
● Offset vector l
● Offset vector l
● Offset vector l
Note
The tool base dimension and adapter dimension can only be applied as alternatives.
