Getting Started Step 1: Hooking up the system Perform the following procedure 1 to 3 to hook up your system using the supplied cords and accessories. Right speaker Connect the speakers. Connect the speaker cords to the SPEAKER terminals on the unit and to the terminals on the speakers as the following.

Connect the FM/AM aerials. Set up the AM loop aerial, then connect it. AM loop aerial Extend the FM lead aerial horizontally Connect the mains lead to a wall outlet. If the plug of the mains lead does not fit your wall outlet, attach the supplied adaptor on to the plug (for models with a plug adaptor).
Step 2: Setting the time You must set the time beforehand to use the timer functions. The clock is on a 24-hour system for the European model, and a 12-hour system for other models. The 24-hour system is used for illustration purposes.

System limitations of The recording system in your MD deck has the limitations described below.
