Calling from Sub Units in Listening Mode (Listening Talk)
When there is an empty channel in the base station, sub units in Listening Mode can change into "Listening Talk" mode to
send calls temporarily.

The duration to change to Listening Talk or call-receiving only mode may prolong depending on the system setup and
radio wave environment. For details on the system setup, please consult the authorized dealer or installer.

The call can be heard and the Listening Talk migration tone will be emitted.
When changing to a call-sending mode, the Listening Talk switch tone will be emitted. The Status LED blinks in
green.

If the Listening Talk migration tone continues to emit even when the [PTT] key is pressed and held for 5 seconds,
wait for a while and try again.

[PTT]
When the [PTT] key is released and some time has lapsed (approx. 4 seconds), the Status LED will light up in red.
After that, the unit will switch to a call-receiving only mode. The Status LED will blink in blue.
Note
The duration to change from Listening Talk to call-receiving only mode differs according to the transceiver

settings. The default is approx. 4 seconds.
To configure the setting, consult the authorized dealer or installer.

Calling from Sub Units in Listening Mode (All Call Mode)
When there is an empty channel in the base station, the All Call Mode is available even during the Listening Mode. For
details on the operation method, refer to All Call Mode (
