These rescue methods are examples. The rescue may be difficult depend on situation.

Use tools (driver etc.) to help the
victim to draw out his/her fingers
from the handrail inlet.
Remove the comb with a
screwdriver.
Use tools (bar, etc.) to widen the
clearance between the skirt guard
and step.
