Using maximal heart rate, LG heart rate earphones analyze the effectiveness of your workout relative
to your workout goal. You can calculate max. heart rate using LG Fitness App calculation, or can
manually input the measurement.
1. Go to [HEART RATE] menu on the LG Fitness app. And select [Tap to change] in [My HR Max].
2. Enter your maximum heart rate that was recently measured.
