Symptoms
The appliance is
noisy and generates
abnormal sounds.
No ice forms in the
appliance. (Only

Fine particles occur in
the filtered water.
Reason
Is the appliance installed on a
weak floor or not installed on a
stable surface?
Does the back of the appliance
touch the wall?
Is an object placed on top of the
appliance?
Is the ice machine cover opened?
Have 6 hours passed since the
installation to water and power?
Has the unit just been installed or
the filter just replaced?
Solution
• Install the appliance in a place with a flat
and even surface.
• Adjust the installation position to ensure
there is enough space around the
appliance. (10 cm)
• Remove the object placed on top of the
appliance.
• Fit or close the ice machine cover.
• Use the appliance after 6 hours of having
installed it to water and power.
• Water bubbles may form in the filtering
process when the unit is newly installed
or the filter has just been replaced and
cause the water to appear cloudy. it is
normal and the water is safe to drink.
• If fine particles still exist after you have
flushed each water dispensing outlet for
10 minutes, then turn off the water supply
and disconnect from the mains power and
contact your distributor, supplier or dealer.
