Troubleshooting

Problem
The appliance does not
operate.
The usage time gets short.
The appliance stops during
operation.
Cannot remove hair.
The hair becomes stubble.
The appliance is not removing
the hair as well as before.
If the problems still cannot be solved, contact the store where you purchased the unit or a service centre authorized by Panasonic for
repair.
Possible cause
It is not charged.
The switch is turned ON with the
adaptor connected to the household
outlet.
The skin protector or discs are
deformed, cracked, or damaged.
Hair dust has accumulated.
Shower gel has adhered to the discs.
The appliance is used with
approximately 5 °C or lower.
The appliance is pressed against
skin too hard.
Not charged fully.
The appliance is pressed against
skin too hard.
Not charged fully.
The appliance is used on long hair.
The way the unit is applied or moved
is not correct.
Hair dust has accumulated.

Action
Fully charge the appliance.
