1) Take the Buffer Pass Unit out of the shipping carton.
2) Remove all the shipping tapes of the Buffer Pass Unit.
Check Item when Turning OFF the Main Power
Chek that the main power switch is OFF.
1) Turn OFF the main power switch of the host machine.

2) Be sure that Control Panel Display and the Main Power lamp are both turned OFF, and
then disconnect the power plug.
NOTE:
The equipment ships, secured by tapes, cushioning and other materials to protect
it from vibration and impact during transit. Remove all such tapes and cushioning
materials as instructed below before installing the equipment.
