Taking a call
Handset – Pick up the handset and you will answer the call
Hands free (if applicable) – Press the SP-Phone key and
you will answer the call
Reject – Press the reject key to reject answering the
incoming call from the device
Call Forward/Do Not Disturb
Forward – Press "Forward/Do Not Disturb" then select
All, Busy or No Answer. Enter the phone number that you
want to forward calls to then press on/off to
enable/disable
Do Not Disturb – Press "Forward/Do Not Disturb" then
select Do Not Disturb, then press on/off and select either
"on" to enable or "off" to disable
Conference Call
Press "CONFERENCE" to put the current call on hold
Call the party you want to add to the conversation
After the called party answers, press "CONFERENCE" to
begin the conference call
Speed Dial
Pick up the handset and dial the speed dial number you
require, the number will then automatically be dialled
Making a Call
Handset – Pick up the handset and dial the number you
require (do not press 9) – (in all instances the full dialling
code must be dialled)
Hands free (if applicable) – Press the SP-Phone key and
dial the number you require
Call Transfer
Attended – Press "TRANSFER" during a conversation then
call the party you want to transfer the call to. Wait until
the other party answers to announce the transfer then
press OK
Blind – Press "Blind" during the conversation then call the
party you want to transfer the call to then press OK
Putting a Call on Hold
Press hold to put the caller on hold
Press hold to retrieve the caller
Voicemail
To access voicemail pickup the handset and press the
"Message" button this will then dial your voicemail box.
Once in voicemail follow the prompts
Call Pickup
Press *6 to pickup a ringing handset within your group
Note – You can also do a directed call pickup by entering
the extn number or group number after *6
Logging In/Out of Group
Press *7 to log into the group
Press *8 to log out of the group
Adjusting the Volume
Use the up & down arrows on the navigation keys to turn
the volume/ring up or down either during a call for the
handset volume or during ringing for the ringing volume
