Remedy
Confirm the following:

Whether the date and time settings of the machine are correct. (See e-Manual
> Settings/Registration.)
•
Whether the CA date and time settings of the authentication server are
correct.
Server cert. expired.
Cause
The server certificate has expired.
Remedy
Confirm the following:
•
Whether the date and time settings of the machine are correct. (See e-Manual
> Settings/Registration.)
•
Whether the settings of the authentication server are correct.
Server cert. revoked.
Cause
The server certificate matched a certificate number in the certificate revocation
list.
Remedy
Confirm the settings of the authentication server and the access point.
No auth. server reply.
Cause
No user authentication response was received from the authentication server.
Remedy
Confirm the following:
•
Whether the authentication server and access point are operating correctly,
and whether there is any problem in the communication between the
authentication server and the access point.
•
Whether the settings of the authentication server and access point are
correct.
