lowerRange：the lower range of BT.
upperRange：the upper range of BT. If the low value and the upper value are not zero at the same time，the
tool will compare the BT which will be written with the low value and the upper value.
AuotAssign: decide if BT will be assigned automatically from the BT excel file configured at "BT File", if this
button is checked, only BT could be written.
