MC-UG581-01 3 REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS 3.1. Lower Plate Replacement 3.3. Agitator Assembly Replacement 3.1.1. Removal 1. Turn the vacuum cleaner over exposing the underside. Release the lower plate by removing the three (3) screws that secure the lower plate. 2. Remove the lower plate by grasping it at the back near the wheels, lift up, pivoting it toward the agitator until it releases from the slots in front.
