In the next paragraphs more information for each category
is given.
2.3.1
The Dica 220 is powered by connecting the external power
pin 1 to the + pole and pin 6 to the ground of a power
supply. The voltage must be in the range 10..24 volts, but
is typically 24 Volt.

The external reset input, is connected to an onboard opto
coupler. This opto coupler is 24 Volt compatible. A
pushbutton connected between the +24V supply and pin 8

can be used as an external system reset. Pin 9 of this
connector should be connected to the ground of this 24V
supply.
2.3.3
The Dica 220 has a 3-wire RS232 interface, with a
maximum baudrate of 115200 baud.
The 3 pins of RS232 are located on 9 pin Micro D
connector as follows:
Pin 2 is the RS232 transmit data line.
Pin 3 is the RS232 receive data line.
Pin 7 is the RS232 ground.
