About the AUTO SELF CLEAN Function
We recommend using the <AUTO SELF CLEAN> function whenever you wash laundry so that dirt
adhered to the invisible parts of the drum is washed away to keep the drum clean always.

About the <AUTO SELF CLEAN> 'DRY' operation
After spinning is finished, open
the door and remove laundry.
(The <START> button blinks.)
Set the <AUTO SELF CLEAN> operations before you start operation. You cannot set the
<AUTO SELF CLEAN> operations once the machine starts running.
When no rinsing is set, the <AUTO SELF CLEAN> function is automatically disabled.
The <AUTO SELF CLEAN> function is disabled at the factory.
You can enable and disable the <AUTO SELF CLEAN> operations. (For how to set the operations, see (P. 75).)
(Whether each operation is enabled or disabled is saved when you press the <START> button. However, the
setting of 'DRY' operation will not be saved.)
The <AUTO SELF CLEAN> setting is indicated by the following indicators.

Depending on the type and degree of dirt, some dirt may not be washed with the <AUTO SELF CLEAN>
function.
If the machine is seldom used, some dirt may not be washed with the <AUTO SELF CLEAN> function.
To clean the drum more completely, we recommend using the [TUB CLEAN] program along with the
<AUTO SELF CLEAN> function.
Be sure to remove laundry before running the <AUTO SELF CLEAN> 'DRY' operation.
